Time for PPA Poker tournament at Republican National Convention Tonight
Wednesday, September 3rd, 2008Tonight it´s time for the Republican National Convention in Minneaspolis, Minesota. And the PPA (Poker Players Alliance) will host a charity Poker tournament here aswell. Two big Poker pros are comfirmed for this tournament, Greg Raymer and Victor Ramdin. Greg Raymer won World Series of Poker Main event in 2004 and got to final tables in 2005 and 2006.
Victor Ramdin won the World Poker Challenge at the World Poker Tour during season 4 and got $1,357,389.
This Charity Poker event goes to Paralyzed Veterans of America, just like the charity poker tournament that was hold on Democratic National Convention. That tournament was won by moviestar Ben Affleck.
Tonight there will be 125 players attending in Minneapolis.
